Rogers Industries History
Rogers Industries commenced operation in 1957 using both sand and gravity die casting processes. Aluminium products were manufactured for the marine, mower and recreational industries.
In 1970 the company recognized the need to specialize in gravity die casting manufacturing, and so developed in house tool making to meet customer design specifications. In the 1980's Rogers Industries installed low pressure die casting machines to manufacture lawnmower bases, and also installed their first CNC lathe to machine aluminium components cast from the gravity die casting process.
During the late 1980's a progressive expansion was undertaken to include plastic injection moulding to cater for the changing needs of the lawn mower and recreational industries.
Today Rogers Industries has the advantage of three generations of the Rogers family working together; providing their customers with years of invaluable experience producing consistent quality products and components using the best technologies.
